Fastweb's board of directors has agreed to postpone the shareholders' assembly originally convened for March 24 to discuss the financial situation and new board appointees until April 22 (or April 23). The postponement will make it possible to "carefully evaluate the recent events affecting the company to provide the shareholders with a detailed picture of the present situation" .
