Giulia Maria Ligresti and Maria Luisa Mosconi have been reinstated to their respective posts at Fondiaria-Sai and Milano Assicurazioni. The Lazio administrative court (TAR) has temporarily suspended (until March 25) the effects of the disciplinary measures taken by ISVAP (Italy's insurance market regulator) on February 18 and leading to their dismissal. That was announced in a joint statement issued by Fondiaria-Sai and Milano Assicurazioni.
