- Milan Investigating Magistrate, Cristina Di Censo, has agreed on house arrest in a community for Massimo Tartaglia, the man who threw a statue at Silvio Berlusconi after a political rally in Piazza Duomo, in Milan.
The magistrate had recently ordered Tartaglia be released from prison due to his worsening psychiatric condition. The man had been hospitalised in the San Paolo detention centre.
